This comes down to know, like and trust. It’s important that someone knows your business, likes your business and ultimately trusts your business. This all comes down to good brand recognition. The more people see your brand, the more they get to like, know and trust you.
You may think, with your logo, your branding is complete. You might like your logo. But is it perceived by your target market in the correct way? Your branding can be giving your potential customers mixed messages, leading them to confusion directly before indecision and ultimately not purchasing.
